Cacao Ceremony

Cacao Ceremony

We invite you for an evening of connection as our facilitator Adam provides a 2 hour guided ceremony drawing on his own experiences with the wonderful cacao plant. He will use heart sharing, sound & movement to create a magical evening of co creation.

Cacao ceremonies have been performed by indigenous tribes for thousands of years and is still considered today as an extremely sacred plant particularly in Central & South America.
Cacao (also referred to as ‘Food of the Gods’) is packed with beneficial nutrients such as iron, magnesium & calcium as well as containing a high level of antioxidants.
On a metaphysical level cacao serves as a tool for connecting to the energetic space of your heart, as well as to people around you.

During the 2 hour ceremony we will consume the sacred medicine whilst setting our intentions. We will then journey through a range of exercises using heart sharing, sound, movement & song allowing us to connect deeper with ourselves & others.
This is an opportunity to enter a safe space where you can let go of old patterns, release self judgements and experience a new sense of openness all guided by the cacao medicine.
