Moving Stretch | Cupping TherapySuzette completed her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005 and worked in private practises in Barbados and the UK. In 2011 she began studying resistance stretching as an intern at Boston’s Genius of Flexibility Studio and has since been training with Suzanne Wylde, creator of Moving Stretch, in the UK.
ApproachApart from one to one Moving Stretch sessions she also offers cupping therapy. Cupping is a very traditional form of manual therapy that is finding a new lease of life in view of the recent research on the fascial system.
